RETURNS POLICY SIMPLIFIED
While the goods are in your possession, they are your responsibility, if the goods are damaged we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
A return will not be processed until photos are provided to Bathroom Sales Direct so we can see the condition of the goods before the courier collects them. This ensures any damage that occurs in transit is our responsibility, not yours.
We are not able to accept returns of any kind once you have attempted to install or use the product.
All refunds and returns need to be inspected by a member of our team before a new product is sent or a refund is made.

These things do happen; we will make the best effort to facilitate a replacement product or refund. Please Contact our Team and we will organise your goods to be collected and returned. Please note a few conditions:
Goods that have not been delivered:
If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order the return fee will not apply. If you change your mind after 24 hours but your goods have not been shipped a $25 change fee applies. We can hold your order for up to 30 days free of charge, and unlimited storage for $20/week per pallet space. If goods are held for longer than 30 days we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Goods that have been delivered:
At Bathroom Sales Direct, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations and we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a flexible returns policy to ensure that you can shop with confidence.
Goods Delivered But Not Opened:
If your goods have been delivered but are still in their original packaging and have not been opened, you may return them to us within 30 days for a refund less a 25% restocking fee. Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Returns must be made to our warehouse, with the cost of shipping by the customer. Please make sure to take out shipping insurance in case of product damage in transit
Returning Goods Within 30 Days and 90 Days:
If you need to return a product that has been opened, we are still here to help. If you return a product between 30 days and 90 days from the date of purchase, you will receive a store credit minus the original shipping cost. Returns must be made to our warehouse, with the cost of shipping by the customer. Please make sure to take out shipping insurance in case of product damage in transit
Returns After 90 Days:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been purchased more than 90 days ago. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Postage:
All return postage costs are at the customer’s expense. (b) Bathroom Sales Direct recommends that all returned items are sent with postal tracking and insurance. (c) Please do not apply postage labels directly to a product’s packaging.
All products should be returned in a separate postage bag or box. (d) All returned products should be posted to: Bathroom Sales Direct. 81 Warren Road Smithfield NSW 2164
- Vanity units, Mirrors & Shaving Cabinets, and Nood Co concrete basins, OMVIVO PRODUCTS,  Pietra Bianca Products, Timberline Products and ADP Products, so once your order is confirmed these cannot be returned or refunded.
- Stone Baths from all Manufactures, Acrylic Baths, depending on packaging and brand also cannot be returned. Please contact us about Baths for more Information
- Customised, Non Stocked or Speciality Manufactured Products, you will be notified before you purchase these products.
- Goods with damaged or missing packaging, unfortunately we cannot accept products with missing or significantly damaged packaging as they cannot be safely returned and are not fit for re-sale.
- Commercial quantities or project orders – Unfortunately due to the stock commitment required we cannot accept returns on commercial quantity orders. In some instances returns may be possible but will incur a restocking fee.
Goods and packaging must be in the original condition. We cannot accept goods that do not have their original packaging or the packaging is damaged which includes the delivery skid or pallet.
