At Bathroom Sales Direct, we aim to offer the best prices in Australia. If you find one of our products cheaper at another authorised Australian bathroom retailer, we’ll match the price.

To request a price match, simply email us at info@bathroomsalesdirect.com.au with:

• A direct website link or

• A screenshot showing the lower price and the retailer’s name.

Price Match Terms & Conditions

To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

• Same Product & SKU Code: The item must be identical, including the brand, model, and SKU code (product code), and be brand new in the original packaging.

• Australian Authorised Retailer: The competitor must be an authorised Australian seller. We do not price match with auction sites, marketplaces, clearance centres, group buys, or wholesalers.

• In Stock & Available: The product must be currently available for purchase from the competitor.

• Listed on Our Website: The same item must also be listed for sale on www.bathroomsalesdirect.com.au.

• Publicly Advertised Price: The competitor’s price must be verifiable and currently advertised (e.g. online listing or catalogue).

• Total Price Comparison: We compare the final price, including all fees and delivery charges.

  • If the competitor’s price is for pickup only, we may add a delivery fee to match the total cost.

  • If the offer includes services we do not provide (e.g. installation), we will only match the product price.
