Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Bathroom Sales Direct Birthday Sale (“the Sale”). By participating in the Sale, you agree to the following conditions:

1. General

The Sale is available for a limited time only, as advertised on the Bathroom Sales Direct website and marketing channels.
Discounts apply to selected products only and are available while stocks last.
Bathroom Sales Direct reserves the right to change, extend, or end the Sale at any time without notice.

2. Exclusions & Limitations

Stock is limited. Once items are sold out, no rainchecks or backorders at Sale pricing will be offered.
Certain product ranges or brands may be excluded from the Sale. Any such exclusions will be noted on the product pages or promotional material.
Standard warranty terms and conditions apply to all products purchased during the Sale.

3. Coupons, Vouchers & Store Credits

During the Birthday Sale, no coupons, vouchers, or discount codes will apply.
- This includes but is not limited to:
  - Email marketing coupons
  - SMS marketing coupons
  - Internet/website promotional codes
As prices have already been heavily discounted for the Sale, all coupon functionality will be disabled.
Store credits and gift cards remain valid, however they can only be applied to the final checkout price without any additional coupon discounts.

4. Pricing & Payment

All Sale prices are inclusive of GST and are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure Sale pricing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping terms apply. Please allow for potential extended delivery times due to high demand during the Sale period.
Bathroom Sales Direct will not be liable for delays caused by couriers or third-party logistics providers.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns are subject to Bathroom Sales Direct’s standard Returns Policy.
Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted on heavily discounted Sale items.
Faulty or damaged goods will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Privacy & Marketing

By purchasing during the Sale, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Participation in the Sale does not automatically opt you into marketing communications unless you have separately subscribed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

✅ Key Note: Coupons received via email, SMS, internet, or other promotions will not work during the Birthday Sale. Prices are already heavily reduced.
