Firstly they were happy to express our tap ware for us to make it in time for our plumber to rough in with no hesitation or extra cost. They then followed up with the rest of the order that came from off site. They were fast and efficient. The product them selves is brilliant, Heavy good quality tap ware, basins good size and no imperfections. Bath arrived perfect and undamaged to Qld. Very happy we choose to go through these guys, definitely recommend

This business was very good...incredibly helpful staff, even though we were just drop-in customers. They unpacked a bath for us, from the warehouse...carried it down. ..set it up for us in the showroom..encouraged us to climb in....test in whayever way we wanted....spent a lot of time with us talking bathrooms... read more

They unpacked a bath for us, from the warehouse...carried it down. ..set it up for us in the showroom..encouraged us to climb in....test in whayever way we wanted....spent a lot of time with us talking bathrooms although it was clear we were in the very early stages of doing our bathroom renovation....were not necessarily going to do business with them.... We were very impressed....friendly...warm.. Helpful and very professional...will be back there to do business if necessary
