You are more than welcome to collect from our store. A pickup number will be generated and emailed to you when your order is ready for pickup. When you receive the pickup number you are welcome any time.

Absolutely. You can buy our bathroom supplies online or in person, whichever you prefer. Our warehouse is located at 81 Warren Road, Smithfield, New South Wales 2164. Drop by Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 4pm, and a member of our team will happily assist you.

The best way to work this out is to add the items to your cart, click View Cart, and use the shipping calculator on that page. Enter your postcode, state and suburb and it will calculate the shipping cost for you. Delivery is calculated on location and the type of products ordered.

We use courier services such as Australia Post, TNT, Couriers Please, Fastway and Allied Express. Couriers do not enter your property to place items inside - they will leave them at your door, or near a garage door for large items. In some cases a two-person lift is required, and depending on the courier they may need assistance.

We deliver to most areas within Australia. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery. All items must be inspected within 48 hours of receiving, or no claims can be made.

This will depend on where you live, what has been ordered, and how it has been paid. We will keep you informed via email if there are any delays or if any items are on backorder.

For stocked items, delivery generally takes 5-10 business days for metropolitan areas and 7-15 business days for rural areas. However, this may vary depending on your location. Please visit our shipping page for more information.

Yes. Warranties are supplied by each supplier and vary depending on the supplier and product.

All the items we sell are WaterMarked and meet the Australian Standard. It is illegal to sell a non-WaterMarked product, and illegal for a licensed plumber to install one. If your items are not installed by a licensed trade person or plumber, this also voids the warranty.
