Coupon rules and enforcement

Order eligibility

  • Backorders and preorders qualify only if purchased during the promotional period.
  • If an item is cancelled or refunded and the order no longer meets the promotion requirements, the discount may be reversed.

Dispatch Times

Returns and refunds

  • Change of mind returns are subject to the Bathroom Sales Direct Returns Policy.
  • Restocking fees may apply, including up to 20% on selected brands such as Meir and Fienza where applicable.
  • Refunds are processed in line with the Returns and Refund Policy.

Pricing and errors

  • Bathroom Sales Direct reserves the right to cancel or amend orders where pricing errors, technical errors, or system issues occur.
  • Obvious pricing mistakes will not be honoured.
