Returns and refunds
Change of mind returns are subject to the Bathroom Sales Direct Returns Policy.
- Return eligibility depends on the item, condition, packaging and time from dispatch.
- Some items are not returnable, including selected vanities, mirrors, shaving cabinets, baths, custom orders, clearance items and special order products.
- Original shipping costs, freight subsidies and promotional shipping discounts may be considered when calculating refunds.
- If an order qualified for free or discounted shipping and is later returned, cancelled or partially refunded, any applicable freight cost may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
