Returns and Refunds
Change of mind returns are subject to the Bathroom Sales Direct Returns Policy.
Original shipping costs, freight subsidies and promotional shipping discounts may be considered when calculating refunds.
If an order qualified for free shipping and is later returned, cancelled or partially refunded, any applicable freight cost may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Restocking fees may apply, including up to 20% on selected brands such as Meir and Fienza where applicable.
Stock Availability
EOFY Sale items are subject to stock availability.
Some products may sell out, go on backorder or have supplier lead times during the sale period.
If an item is unavailable, Bathroom Sales Direct may offer an alternative product, backorder option, store credit or refund.
Pricing, Freight and System Errors
Bathroom Sales Direct reserves the right to cancel or amend orders where pricing errors, freight errors, technical errors, supplier errors, website issues or system issues occur.
Obvious freight or pricing mistakes will not be honoured.
