The details
Bathroom Sales Direct Black Friday 2026: an extra 20% off the displayed selling price, applied automatically in cart and at checkout. No coupon code is required.
1. Sale period
The promotion starts at 12:00 am on Friday 6 November 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 pm on Monday 30 November 2026, Sydney time (AEDT). The discount stops at 12:00 am on Tuesday 1 December 2026. Orders must be completed during this period. Adding items to a cart does not reserve stock or secure the promotional price.
2. How the offer works
An extra 20% is deducted from the current displayed selling price of eligible products, including products already on sale. Clearance and Meir products are excluded. No minimum spend applies. The amount payable and discount are shown in cart and checkout. For example, a displayed selling price of $100 becomes $80 before any delivery charges. This is an additional discount on the selling price, not an additional 20 percentage points off the RRP.
3. Eligible purchases
The offer applies storewide to eligible one-time product purchases through the Bathroom Sales Direct online checkout during the sale period, subject to availability. It does not discount delivery or freight charges, the purchase of gift cards, or subscription purchases. An existing or manually negotiated quotation is not automatically repriced; contact us before placing a quoted order. Gift cards used as payment are a payment method, not a coupon.
4. Discount combinations and Meir exclusion
Meir products are excluded from the Black Friday extra 20% discount and general promotional coupon codes. The displayed Meir price is the price payable unless Bathroom Sales Direct has separately issued a valid offer for your purchase. No additional automatic Meir discount applies, including on orders of $500 or more.
The Black Friday promotion cannot be combined with other product, order or shipping discounts. Any individually issued offer is subject to its stated eligibility and cannot be combined with another discount unless expressly stated. Review the discounts shown in cart and checkout before completing payment.
5. Clearance items
Clearance products are excluded from the extra 20% offer. Clearance prices are already reduced and no further Black Friday discount applies. Quantities are limited and available only while stocks last. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind on clearance products. This includes ordering the wrong size, colour or quantity, or no longer requiring an item, where the product was correctly described and supplied. Any disclosed condition or missing component is stated on the product listing. These change-of-mind restrictions do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Stock, dispatch and delivery
Availability and lead times vary by product. Some items are ordered from suppliers or made to order. Sale pricing does not mean every item is held in our warehouse or available for immediate dispatch. Please check the listing and contact us if you have a deadline. Dispatch can take longer during busy sale periods. Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout and are not reduced by this promotion. A physical delivery address is required for courier deliveries.
For pickup, wait for your ready-for-collection notification and pickup number before attending 81 Warren Road, Smithfield NSW 2164. Pickup is available Monday to Friday, 9:30 am–4:00 pm.
7. Returns and order changes
For non-clearance purchases, our standard Returns and Refund Policy applies to change-of-mind requests, including applicable product exclusions and fees. Custom and made-to-order products are subject to the relevant change-of-mind exclusions. Approved refunds are calculated from the amount actually paid after discounts. This promotion cannot be retrospectively applied to completed orders outside the sale period. Contact us promptly to request an order change; availability and the stage of fulfilment may affect whether it is possible.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Sale, discounted and clearance purchases retain these rights. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as required by law. Nothing in these promotion terms or our change-of-mind policies excludes or restricts those rights.
9. Prices and contact
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices, specifications and availability are displayed on the relevant listing. If we identify a material error or cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you to resolve it, including a refund where required. These terms apply to the Black Friday promotion alongside our Terms of Service, subject to your statutory rights.
