Had the pleasure of order our entire bathroom fit our from bathroom direct, (bath, spouts, mixers, basins ect) can not fault the product nor the service of these guys. Firstly they were happy to express our tap ware for us to make it in time for our plumber to rough in with no hesitation or extra cost. They then followed up with the rest of the order that came from off site. They were fast and efficient. The product them selves is brilliant, Heavy good quality tap ware, basins good size and no imperfections. Bath arrived perfect and undamaged to Qld. Very happy we choose to go through these guys, definitely recommend
I made several purchases over the last 5-6 months for my bathroom renovation. I was very pleased with the products, pricing & service. Bath, toilet, tap ware, basin, shaving cabinet, racks, & hooks all from Bathroom Sales Direct. Thank you - I’m very happy with how it all came together.
Excellent company to buy from. Great prices, quality items and they arrive FAST

We had clear and prompt communication about our order, and received the two shower sets that we'd ordered very quickly. Great price, and the shower sets are gorgeous.
Very efficient service. I ordered a freestanding bath and a couple of handbasins and they arrived in Queensland within three days. The tracking service was fantastic as well. I was able to track my delivery all the way from the depot to my place. Items are perfect, so happy with…

This business was very good...incredibly helpful staff, even though we were just drop-in customers. They unpacked a bath for us, from the warehouse...carried it down. ..set it up for us in the showroom..encouraged us to climb in....test in whayever way we wanted....spent a lot of time with us talking bathrooms…

We were very impressed....friendly...warm.. Helpful and very professional...will be back there to do business if necessary
