Shipping Policy

  • Bathroom Sales Direct only ship within Australia
  • Delivery is via Australia Post, TNT or a third-party courier
  • All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at the time of delivery. Under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by Australia Post.
  • Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
  • As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, Bathroom Sales Direct are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
  • If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
  • If you are not home at the time of delivery, additional delivery charges may apply.
  • Shipping cannot be sent to PO boxes and items must be delivered to occupied addresses
  • Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please allow 2–10 business days for delivery of stocked items. Additional time for items that need to be ordered in may cause delays. Back orders or delays will be notified to you directly.
  • Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.

  • ALL CERAMICS, SINKS, VANITIES, BATHTUBS, BASINS, TOILET SUITES and large-scale items incur a shipping charge

Pickups

  • For all pick orders a pickup number will be supplied via email. No pickup will be accepted without the pickup number.
  • Pickup orders could take anywhere between 24–72 hours once ready, or for custom or special orders, could take 2–4 weeks.
  • Once you receive your pickup number, you have 7 days to pick up your order. After 7 days, if your order is not collected, any damages incurred will not be covered.
  • If you would like to keep your order longer than 7 days, this can be organised with a charge of $20 per pallet space per week.

Returning of Goods

Goods returned to Bathroom Sales Direct for change of mind or incorrect order will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Bathroom Sales Direct must be notified within 48 hours of acceptance of goods of intent to return items.
  • Must be returned BEFORE 30 days of original purchase.
  • Goods must be returned in full, i.e., no missing parts.
  • Goods and packaging must be in saleable condition.
  • Please send us an email at orders@bathroomsalesdirect.com.au for all returns. Please include your order number and photos of the condition of the items.
  • Once approved, you will be sent a Returns Form to fill out, and this must be attached to your return.

These Conditions Apply to ALL Returns:

  • 20% restocking fee applies for all items returned after 30 days of purchase
  • NO returns of special orders, custom made vanities, ADP or Timberline products will be accepted.
  • No returns of vanities that have been opened or bathtubs are accepted.
  • Delivery costs are non-refundable and return postage is at the expense of the customer.
  • All items must be in original condition, with no writing or damage to the packaging, and uninstalled. We recommend all returned items be sent with postal tracking and insurance. Please place items in a bag/box, as any damage to the original packaging will result in a charge.
  • When returning an item before 30 days, the customer covers the shipping cost back to the Bathroom Sales Direct warehouse.
  • All returns will undergo a quality check upon return to Bathroom Sales Direct warehouse. Bathroom Sales Direct will email once your return has been processed. Please allow 14 days for this.
  • A full refund will only be applied if goods are deemed not fit for purpose or an alternative cannot be offered. Refunds will be available for all goods sold with major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.

All returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Bathroom Sales Direct.

Damaged Goods

ALL GOODS MUST BE INSPECTED WITHIN 48 HOURS UPON RECEIVING FOR BREAKAGES OR DAMAGES OR CLAIMS COULD BE VOID.

IF YOU NOTICE THE PARCEL LOOKS DAMAGED UPON RECEIVING, PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS OF THE ITEMS BEFORE UNPACKING.

Heavy and Fragile Item Delivery Assistance:
Our drivers are equipped to deliver heavy products to the front entrance of single-level houses only, with flat driveways. For apartments or challenging sites, the driver will need assistance from trades or customers to move products. Please let our team know if there are access difficulties at your home. Redelivery fees will apply if the driver is unable to deliver products when they arrive on site.

Authority to Leave:
You may request an authority to leave your goods unattended. However, please note it will be your responsibility if the product is damaged, lost, or stolen after delivery is confirmed by our couriers.

Remote Locations:
Some very remote locations may not be accessible by our logistics suppliers. In such cases, your items will be delivered to the nearest transport depot, hub, or Post Office. You will be advised by our delivery company if this is the case.

Out of Stock Products

We hold a wide range of stock in our Sydney distribution centre with daily replenishment deliveries from all our suppliers. If for some reason we cannot get your order within the promised time, we will call or email you after placing your order to find an alternative or work with you on a delivery time.

Instant Ship Products

  • These products are normally held in stock at our Distribution Center and will be shipped within 48 hours or can be picked up within 24 hours.
  • Please note: Instant Ship products are in limited quantity, displayed live on product pages. If you place an order above the available amount or the stock sells before your order, don't worry – we have daily deliveries from suppliers, and the product will be delivered by our Regular Ship service. If your order includes Instant Ship and Regular/Custom Ship items, it will be shipped with the longest lead time. If you want Instant Ship products sent first, please contact our customer service team.

All orders under 20kg to NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, and SA are eligible for free shipping.*

All ceramics, sinks, vanities, bathtubs, basins, toilet suites, and other large-scale items incur a shipping charge.

A $25 flat fee will be charged for shipping to NT, TAS & WA.
All orders over 20kg will have shipping calculated based on the suburb and postcode of delivery.
