Bathroom Sales Direct

By accessing this website or placing an order with Bathroom Sales Direct (BSD), you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders and Acceptance

All orders constitute an offer to purchase. BSD may accept, reject or cancel any order prior to dispatch including for pricing errors, stock issues, freight miscalculations, promotion misuse, suspected fraud or system errors.

Order confirmation emails do not constitute final acceptance. Acceptance occurs upon dispatch.

2. Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, supplier error, migration issue or technical malfunction, BSD reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order prior to dispatch. If payment has been processed, a refund will be issued.

3. Sale Events and Promotional Periods

  • Extended dispatch timeframes may apply
  • Stock levels may fluctuate
  • Backorders may occur
  • Promotions may end without notice

Sale pricing applies only during the advertised period.

4. STRICT Coupon and Promotion Policy

ONE COUPON PER ORDER ONLY.

  • No stacking permitted under any circumstances.
  • Coupons cannot be combined with any other discount, free shipping offer, bundle deal, sale pricing, clearance pricing or store credit.
  • Email signup discounts are not valid with any other promotion.
  • Coupons must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retrospectively.
  • Already discounted items may be excluded.
  • BSD reserves the right to remove, reverse or invalidate coupons prior to dispatch.
  • If multiple coupons are attempted, BSD may cancel the order or request payment of the difference.
  • Abuse including multiple account creation or automated usage may result in order cancellation and account restriction.

5. Free Shipping Promotions

Free shipping applies only to eligible metro postcodes and may exclude bulky freight items such as baths, vanities, shower screens and oversized products.

If freight is incorrectly calculated, BSD may request additional payment or cancel the order.

6. Delivery, Risk and Freight Claims

Bulky freight deliveries are kerbside only unless agreed otherwise.

Risk transfers upon delivery.

STRICT 24 HOUR INSPECTION REQUIREMENT

  • Goods must be inspected within 24 hours.
  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours in writing.
  • Photographic evidence is required.
  • Damage must be noted with the carrier at delivery where possible.

Failure to report within 24 hours may limit BSD's ability to lodge a freight claim and may void assistance for transit damage.

Goods must not be installed if damage is suspected. Installation constitutes acceptance of goods.

7. Title and Ownership

All goods remain property of BSD until paid in full.

If payment is reversed, dishonoured or charged back, BSD may recover goods or pursue outstanding balances.

8. Pre Orders and Backorders

Estimated arrival dates are supplier provided and subject to change. BSD is not liable for supplier delays, container delays or customs delays.

9. Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns may attract a restocking fee of up to 20% for selected brands including but not limited to Meir and Fienza.

Freight charges are non refundable.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated after dispatch or delivery, BSD reserves the right to provide order and delivery confirmation to the financial institution and pursue recovery of goods or payment.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. Customers are entitled to replacement or refund for major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.

BSD may assess whether a failure constitutes major or minor failure, misuse, installation error or transit damage.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSD is not liable for plumber costs, builder costs, renovation delays, indirect or consequential losses.

Where liability cannot be excluded, BSD's liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund of goods.

13. Right to Refuse Service

BSD reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders or restrict accounts where misuse, abuse or unreasonable conduct is suspected.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
