Firstly they were happy to express our tap ware for us to make it in time for our plumber to rough in with no hesitation or extra cost. They then followed up with the rest of the order that came from off site. They were fast and efficient. The product them selves is brilliant, Heavy good quality tap ware, basins good size and no imperfections. Bath arrived perfect and undamaged to Qld. This business was very good...incredibly helpful staff, even though we were just drop-in customers.
