Halloween Sale Terms & Conditions

1. The offer

Enjoy an extra 15% off storewide, excluding all Meir products. The discount applies to eligible products at their displayed selling price, including products already on sale. It is applied automatically at checkout, with no code required.

The offer is available online and in store during the advertised Halloween Sale period. The sale ends at midnight at the end of Sunday 1 November 2026, Sydney time (AEDT).

2. Meir products are excluded

All Meir products are excluded from the extra 15% Halloween Sale discount, regardless of range, finish or product type. Any existing advertised Meir prices remain as displayed.

If your order includes both Meir and other products, the Halloween discount applies only to eligible non-Meir items.

3. One promotion per order

No double stacking. The Halloween Sale cannot be combined with another coupon, discount code, promotional offer or additional discount.

• Email signup, welcome, SMS, abandoned-cart and other promotional codes cannot be used on top of the Halloween discount.
• The offer cannot be added to trade pricing, negotiated quotes, price matching or Price Beat offers.
• An existing displayed sale price is eligible for the extra 15%, except on Meir products. This does not allow an additional coupon or promotion to be stacked.

4. Checkout and existing orders

The discount must appear in your order total before you complete payment. If an eligible item's discount is missing, contact our team before placing the order.

The offer applies to new orders placed during the sale period. It cannot be applied retrospectively to earlier purchases, existing orders or outstanding balances. The discount has no cash value.

5. Delivery and availability

The 15% discount applies to eligible products only. Shipping, delivery and other service charges are not discounted. Gift card purchases are excluded.

Products are subject to availability. Advertised product lead times and our standard delivery terms apply. Dispatch and response times may be longer during busy sale periods.

6. Returns and refunds

Our standard Return and Refund Policy applies. Any refund is based on the amount actually paid for the returned product after the Halloween discount, subject to that policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Taking part in the Halloween Sale does not, by itself, make a product clearance or final sale.

7. General conditions

These sale terms apply alongside our Terms of Service. Any changes to the promotion will be displayed on our website and will not change the terms of orders already placed.

Nothing in these sale terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
