Delivery Times
We keep a wide range of our most popular products in stock in our Sydney distribution centre. For other items, we have daily deliveries from our suppliers and usually ship these out within the same business day.
Instant Ship
Dispatched from Sydney the next day if ordered before 12pm on a business day. 2–4 business days to metro.
Regular Ship
Dispatched to most areas within 7–12 business days.
Made to Order
Made to order products generally take 3–4 weeks for delivery.
If your cart has a mixture of items with Instant, Regular or Made to Order ship times, we will send them in 1 delivery based on the longest product lead time. Split deliveries can be arranged for a fee. Call (02) 8488 1564.

Quick Ship items: Some Instant Ship products are limited quantity. If you order a quantity over the available amount, our team will contact you.
Out of stock products: We hold a wide range of stock in Sydney with daily replenishment. We will contact you if we cannot meet the timeframe.

Single delivery included
Standard delivery fees include a single delivery only. Multiple deliveries can be arranged for a fee.
Remote locations
Some remote locations may not be accessible. Delivery may be to the nearest transport depot.
Transit damage
Insurance included. Please check all deliveries within 24 hours for damages.
Authority to leave
Responsibility for loss or damage after delivery confirmation rests with the receiver.
Delivery assistance
Drivers deliver heavy products to front entrance. Help from trades or customers may be needed.
Access difficulties
Notify us of access issues before delivery. Redelivery fees apply if driver cannot deliver.
