How does your Price Match Work?

If you find one of our products cheaper with any other Australian bathroom retailer Bathroom Sales Direct will match it. Just send us a direct link to website or screen shot showing the current price and where you have found it, you can email us directly at

We aim to have the lowest possible prices however if by some chance a competitor has a price better than ours, we will match any genuine offer wherever and whenever we can.

Product and price requirements for a price match:

  1. Product for price match must be identical and brand new in the box.
  2. Product must be in stock or readily available with an authorised seller (no auctions, group buying sites, clearance sites, daily deals sites, run-out stock or wholesale distributors) 3. Product must be listed on the Bathroom Sales Direct website.
  3. The price you want us to match must currently publicly advertised. We will match current catalogue/sale pricing only.

Price must include all costs including any shipping charges. If the advertised price is for pick-up only, we reserve the right to charge a delivery service fee. We look at the final price. How Much is delivery?

The best way to work this out is add the items to your cart, Click View Cart and there is a shipping calculator on that Page. Enter your Postcode, State and Suburb and it will calculate the shipping cost for you. Deliveries is calculated on location and type of products ordered. We use courier services such as Australia Post, TNT, Couriers Please, Fastway and Allied Express. Couriers do not enter your property to place the items inside. They will leave at your door or if large near a garage door. There will be instances where a 2-man lift is required and depending on the courier they might need assistance

Do you deliver Australia Wide?

We deliver to most areas within Australia. Someone must be present to sign off for the delivery. All items must be inspected within 48 hours of receiving, or no claims can be made.

How quick will I get my order after I place the order online?

This will depend on where you live and what has been ordered and how it has been paid.

We will keep you informed via email if there are any delays or any items are on backorder.

Can I order online and Pick Up?

You are more then welcome to collect from our store. A pickup number will be generated and emailed to you when your order is ready for pickup. When you receive the pick up number you are welcome any time.

Do you offer Warranty on your Products?

Yes. Warranties are supplied by each supplier and vary depending the supplier and product.

Are the items you sell Watermarked and meet Australian Standards?

All our items we sell are Watermarked and meet the Australian Standard. It is illegal to sell a non-watermarked product and illegal for the licensed plumber to install. If your items are not installed by a licensed trade person or plumber this also Voids the warranty
